Corrigans

Corrigan’s Bar and Restaurant is the home of Chef Patron Richard Corrigan. The menu reflects the seasons and showcases the best produce across the British Isles. We’re proud to champion all coastal, wild, furred, and feathered games. “Game is not just what you hunt and shoot, game is what you catch, what you pick and forage. For me, the game is a wild blackberry you pick, mackerel you catch and a native oyster you shuck. This is a game reflective of the seasons”.

Shoreditch

Daffodil

A restaurant with basement bar Gibney’s in the heart of Shoreditch is the ultimate destination for dining, drinking and live music. It embodies the heart, soul and mischief of the Irish, but with international food influences.

Daffodil Mulligan is the name of the daughter of Biddy Mulligan - a legendary Irish street seller, who was immortalised in the song “Biddy Mulligan the Pride of the Coombe”. Daffodil herself has also inspired her own song by Dublin folk band Lankum. The restaurant’s identity articulates her spirit and retains an earthy, individual aesthetic.

Clapham

A true neighbourhood Italian-inspired restaurant brought to you by Dubliners. Robin and Sarah Gill and Daniel Joines.

Their menu takes a traditional format; Cicchetti, antipasti, primi, secondi and dolci but is also hugely influenced by the seasonal produce arriving from the amazing producers and growers that we work closely with. Robin's years spent working on the Amalfi coast learning about a seasonal approach. At Sorella, they hone in on all that we love about the Italian attitude to cooking and eating.  Their fresh pasta and focaccia are made in-house each day. The bar focuses on the glorious tradition of aperitivo and twists on classics with seasonal bellinis, americanos and Vault Vermouth negronis on tap.

The Wee Sister is a charming Irish wine bar located on King’s Road in Chelsea. Opened by the acclaimed chef Anna Haugh, it serves as a sister venue to her nearby restaurant, Myrtle.

The interior features rustic wooden accents, soft lighting, and comfortable seating, the space strikes a balance between the cosy charm of a traditional Irish bar and the refined elegance of a modern wine lounge.

The bar curates a list of wines made by Irish individuals around the world. This unique approach showcases the talent and influence of Irish winemakers while providing guests with a diverse and carefully selected range of options.

To complement the wine, The Wee Sister serves a menu of small plates that highlight the best of Irish produce. The dishes are crafted with the same attention to detail that defines Haugh’s approach to cooking.

The Wee Sister has become a favourite among locals and visitors alike. It offers a distinctive and personal take on Irish hospitality, bringing together excellent food, exceptional wine, and a welcoming atmosphere in a way that feels both authentic and contemporary.
